Referral Credit Terms

Referrals are one individual referring another, no limit. The referred individual must complete the signup process, including adding their active fuel information, and must pay their annual membership fee to OTEA. After this process is complete, the person who did the referring is eligible to receive credit. Please note that OTEA reserves the right to both cancel credit if it is found to be fraudalent or incorrect, and to adjust the amount of credit applied depending on the circumstances surrounding a new signup.

If the method of referring is deemed to be of a non-personal nature, credit may be lowered. For example, referrals produced via mass emails, presentations and/or newsletters, sent out to associations or groups etc., will at a minimum- revert the referral credit to $10 per new member.

Referral credits are a supplementary & optional benefit of membership. OTEA is not beholden to provide any kind of monetary reimbursement to non-members or users who have discontinued their membership by not paying annual dues.

OTEA reserves the right to cancel or modify this benefit at any time.
